Terms and Conditions – Founders Fest

These supplementary Terms and Conditions apply specifically to Founders Fest, organized by Intouch Sound e.U. Unless explicitly overridden herein, the general Terms and Conditions of INTOUCH SOUND e.U. remain fully applicable.

1. Event Timing and Program Adjustments

1.1 Founders Fest takes place from 13:00 to 23:00.
1.2 Due to local authority regulations, no loud music may be played during the final hour of the event (22:00–23:00). During this time, networking and reduced-level background music are encouraged.
1.3 The organizer reserves the right to adjust the sound level at any time if required by local authorities, venue management, or in response to neighbor requests.

2. Ticket Types and Conditions

2.1 All Day Pass: grants entry from 13:00 until 22:00.
2.2 Party Pass: grants entry only from 17:00 onwards. In case of earlier arrival, the ticket holder must pay the difference to upgrade at the entrance.
2.3 VIP Pass: grants entry from 13:00, including access to the VIP area with cold snacks and drinks available as long as supplies last. The organizer provides no guarantee regarding the presence of any specific individuals, or their willingness to network.

3. Refunds, Postponements, and Force Majeure

3.1 Standard Refund Policy:
  • Tickets may be refunded within seven (7) days after purchase, provided the request is submitted no later than seven (7) days before the event date.
  • After this period, refunds are not possible unless otherwise required by law.
3.2 Postponement:
  • In the event of postponement, tickets remain valid for the new date.
  • A refund of 50% of the ticket price may be requested within seven (7) days after the postponement is announced.
3.3 Force Majeure:
  • If the event cannot take place due to circumstances beyond the organizer’s control (including, but not limited to, natural disasters, government restrictions, or technical breakdowns), only a partial refund may be issued. This is to account for fixed costs already incurred by the organizer.

4. Third-Party Services and Partner Responsibility

4.1 Founders Fest includes services, products, or experiences provided by third-party partners (e.g., gastronomy, wellness, or brand activations).
4.2 Intouch Sound e.U. assumes no liability for the quality, safety, availability, or fulfillment of services provided by partners. Any claims arising from such services must be directed to the respective partner.

5. House Rules and Conduct

5.1 The organizer retains full house rights. Entry may be refused or revoked for reasons including, but not limited to: intoxication, inappropriate behavior, lack of compliance with dress code or ticket type, or violation of venue rules.
5.2 Guests must treat the venue and its surroundings with care. Any damage caused may result in personal liability.

6. Media, Branding, and Promotional Use

6.1 Guests consent to being photographed or recorded during Founders Fest. Such material may be used for promotional purposes by Intouch Sound e.U. and its partners.
6.2 If a guest does not wish to appear in such material, they must notify the organizer in advance.

7. Final Provisions

7.1 Unless explicitly overridden by these supplementary terms, the general Terms and Conditions of Intouch Sound e.U. apply in full.
7.2 By purchasing a ticket and attending Founders Fest, guests acknowledge and accept these supplementary Terms and Conditions.
